Barton C. “Bart” McSpadden

Bart McSpadden was first introduced to the Oklahoma State Senate at the age of 4 months. Bart graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee with a B.S. degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. He joined the firm in 1995 as a consultant and became partner in January 2000. Bart is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and maintains his own private practice in addition to his duties for McSpadden & Associates. Bart is responsible for the legislation drafting services offered to the clients of the firm.
